" 95 Cents -Signature Campaign"

95 Cents -Signature Campaign, is a joint  project organized by the Girl Scout of the Philippines/ Boy Scout of the Philippines, Bucal National High School , Maragondon Chapter, in cooperation with Bucal National High School Administrations, Teacher's and Employees Association and Young Performer's Artist of the Music ,Arts, Physical Education and Health Department.


This fundraising campaign is for the benefit of the students  in Bucal National High School Annex , Brgy. Sta. Mercedez, (Patungan), Maragondon, Cavite. After, spending our Teachers Day Celebration with the school and community of  the BNHS Sta. Mercedez,  we were touched by the way they appreciated our presence ,waiting and standing under the extreme heat of the sun  and  how  humbly they  prepared and host a simple program showing their gratitude for all the teachers in the world, and with one single moment ,  tingled our souls to embrace them with our hearts and wishing the best for them in return.

This remote area, were situated far from the next  rural vicinity, surrounded by  breathtaking mountains of Pico de Loro . PATUNGAN, is a barangay of the  Maragondon Municipality, Cavite  Province -Region IV-A CALABARZON,  which is part of the Luzon group of islands. The municipality Maragondon with a population of about 33,604 and its 27 barangays belongs to the partly urban areas in the Philippines. Patungan had 1,642 residents by the end of 2007.



See the steep slopes of  Mt. Palay-Palay and marvel at the panoramic view from its summit called Pico de Loro 664 meters above sea level. Traverse tree canopies, lush bamboo forests, and exotic flora and fauna along the trail, and gaze at an interesting rock formation facing the summit, and at the vast seas and mountain ranges hemming Mt. Palay-Palay.
