You can now get another copy of our 95 cents signing campaign form:   Please coordinate to your class President or GSP/BSP Coordinators to  claim another copies. For those who are done with the recent one , please submit all finished   valid campaign forms same as the  amount  corresponded for each  forms ,to your President and forward it to the coordinators (Ms. Jasmine Piedad Riego de Dios/ Ms. Maicah Mae Andalajao Mendoza, Ms. Frenchlyn DelCorro ) or the Class President can directly get available forms at my house.
